Cleanup Promotion

Terms & Conditions:

1. Eligibility
   1. This promotion is available only to new bookkeeping clients who purchase a Bookkeeping Cleanup service.
   2. The client must sign a Cleanup Engagement Agreement and submit all required onboarding documents and data.
2. Promotion Details
   
   1. The one month of free bookkeeping begins after the Cleanup is fully completed.
   2. "Bookkeeping" in this promotion refers to the ongoing monthly bookkeeping service package selected by the client at the time of engagement.
   3. The free month includes only the services normally included in the chosen bookkeeping plan. Additional services are not included unless explicitly stated.
3. Payment Terms
   1. Client may choose one of the following payment options:
      
      1. Option A: Full payment for the discounted cleanup and the first 3 months of bookkeeping is due upfront before work begins.
      2. Option B: 50% of the total payment (cleanup + 3 months) is due upfront, and the remaining 50% is due upon completion of the cleanup.
   2. Monthly bookkeeping fees after the initial 3-month period will be billed at the agreed standard rate.
4. Scope of Cleanup
   1. Cleanup includes reconciling past transactions, correcting errors, and bringing books up to date for the agreed period.
   2. Additional work outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
5. Offer Duration
   1. This promotional offer is subject to change or termination at any time at the discretion of Zack Sableski Bookkeeping.
6. No Refunds
   1. Payments made under this offer are non-refundable once work has commenced.
